The Reagan Years can provide quality entertainment for any type of engagement at any size venue. The compensation is determined on a per case basis. By answering the following questions, we will be able to provide you with an accurate quote for your unique situation.

Type Of Event (corporate event, wedding reception, etc.):

Venue (setting of the event, i.e. nightclub, outdoors, reception hall):

Special Circumstances: (for example: will the band be required to load in and set up hours before the event and then wait until time of the event to perform?)

(for weddings) Will the wedding ceremony be held in the same area as the reception?

Is the event on ground level? If not, would the band need to load in using stairs? How many floors?

Is there parking available on site for a 20 Ft Moving Truck?

Is "black tie" dress code required?

Who is the Point Of Contact at performance venue (e-mail and/or phone):

What is the capacity of the room for the event?

How many guests are you expecting?

Is there either four dedicated 110VAC circuits or 220VAC available to the band for PA sound system, lights and band gear?
